What a ninety-day client acquisition programme looks like, month by month
Build, convert, optimise: how a done-for-you programme for insurance brokers is structured, what happens in each month, and what you have to do yourself.
Brokers are used to agencies that describe their work in adjectives. This is the opposite: a plain account of what happens in each of the ninety days, what is ours and what is yours.
Month one: Build
The first month has one job, which is to get an ad live, tested, and running at full budget behind a proven combination.
- Research, about a week. We learn your lines, your province or state, your ideal client and what competitors are running. You get a short update every day while this happens.
- Creative, about four days. We script the ad and send a reference video. You film it on your phone. We edit it within days.
- Testing, seven days. Two creatives, several headlines, descriptions and audiences, on around 20% of the budget.
- Blast, about ten days. The other 80% goes behind the winning combination.
What you do in month one: a kick-off call, a strategy approval, an afternoon of filming, and a sign-off on the edited ads. Everything else is ours.
Month two: Convert
By the end of month one you have leads. Month two is about what they turn into. We look at every step between the lead and the signature and fix the one where people are dropping off first.
- Speed to lead. Reaching every lead in minutes, with the first touch automated and a human close behind.
- Follow-up automations. Sequences that run while you sleep for the leads who did not answer.
- A pre-call landing page. So they know who you are before you speak.
- The booking flow. Fewer steps between "interested" and a call in your calendar.
- Ad copy. Sharper message, better-fit leads.
Every step is measured, so we know what moved the number.
Month three: Optimise
Optimise means one of two things, and the account decides which.
- Spend less per client. Same budget, more clients out of it, a lower cost per qualified booked call.
- Scale what works. More budget at the same efficiency, only once the numbers say the campaign can take it.
Month three is also when more leads need more hands. We help you find and train virtual assistants so your team grows with your lead flow instead of drowning in it.
Throughout
- A short update from the team every day your ad is live.
- A weekly call with your project manager.
- A monthly review with a senior marketing adviser: what worked, what changes, where the budget goes.
- Everything, from scripts to live numbers to booked calls, in one app on your phone.
What it costs and what it does not promise
We publish our prices. The programme is $3,000 CAD a month for three months, $7,500 upfront, or $3,000 for month one only if you would rather see how we work before committing. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Meta.
What we do not do is promise a number of leads, calls or sales. Anyone in this industry who does is either guessing or has stopped caring whether it is true. What we commit to is the work, done properly, and visible to you every day.
If you are an insurance broker in Canada or the US and want this run for you, the intro call is fifteen minutes and an honest answer.
